1. HOW FAR APART SHOULD THEY BE?
Start by spacing the barstools 28” apart, center to center. That will leave a comfortable 15” gap between the seats for your customers. More barstools equal more revenue, so measure carefully. We’ve had clients go as low as 22” apart, center to center, but that’s getting close.
2. HOW FAR FROM THE FRONT OF THE BAR?
Start with 19” from the center of the barstool to the front of the bar. Then try it on a variety of people. A big factor is how much the edge of the bar hangs over the front of the bar.
3. HOW TALL SHOULD THEY BE?
Few people can gracefully mount a barstool over 30” tall. The gap between the underside of your bar and the top of the barstool seat should be at least 11 inches. Our barstools max out at 30 inches to the top of the seat. We can go down to about 24 inches.
4. CAN I GET OTHER PEDESTAL COLORS BESIDES BLACK?
Yes. Our basic black is a 20% gloss powder coating that keeps fingerprinting to a minimum. You can get any color you want – we’ve matched wet and dry coatings to Pantone, PMS, RAL, even Sherwin-Williams paint codes.

5. What is the return policy?
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com.
6. Can I return sale items or gift cards?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
7. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
8. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
9. Can I exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
10. Is there a cooling off period for European Union customers?
If your item is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
